The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) welcomes contractors to attend an open house to learn about upcoming construction procurements with a total estimated value of approximately $500 million.

DETAILS //
During the briefing, HART staff will share updates and preliminary information on the following upcoming construction projects:
- Waipahu Station Makai Entrance – New station access improvements to support passenger flow and community connectivity.
- Pearl Highlands Transit Center and Ramp – A major multimodal transit hub that will enhance transfers between bus, Skyline, and future parking facilities.
- East Kapolei Park and Ride (900 stalls) – Additional commuter parking to support growing ridership in West O‘ahu.
- UH West Oʻahu Park and Ride (1,100 stalls) – Additional commuter parking to support growing ridership in West O‘ahu.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about project scopes, anticipated schedules, and upcoming procurement milestones. This session is intended to provide an opportunity for all contractors and the construction industry to engage with HART’s project team prior to the release of solicitations.
