(HONOLULU)- HART Executive Director and CEO Andrew Robbins announced today that Stephen Cayetano will be joining the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation as Senior Advisor.

“The rail project is at a critical point as HART works with the City on the P3 procurement to build the remainder of the system to Ala Moana Center, as well as preparing for the launch of rail passenger service next year,” said Robbins. “Stephen brings a wealth of program and construction management experience from around the world to Honolulu’s rail project, and we look forward to having him become one of the leaders on our team.”
