Overview:
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals to provide live closed captioning services for HART meetings including but not limited to Board and Committee Meetings which will be broadcast live on television and streamed on the internet via the LiveU services provided ‘Ōlelo Community Media for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (“HRTP”).
Timeframe:
Closed captioning service will be provided for a one base year period plus two option years.
Award determination will be based on the pricing submitted for all three years.
