Traffic Update: Kamehameha Highway – Week of January 15, 2023

There will be no travel lane closures on Monday, January 16, 2023 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, except where noted below. All 24/7 lane closures will remain in place during this time.



LOCATION: Salt Lake Boulevard

Daytime: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday to Friday
Up to two alternating lanes of Salt Lake Boulevard outbound will be closed between Salt Lake Boulevard inbound and the Kamehameha Highway intersection. Left and right turn lanes may be reduced, but turns at the intersection will be maintained. 

Turn lanes may also be reduced or closed intermittently for maintenance, as needed. Detour signage will be posted for motorists.

Shoulder and median work signage/cones along the side of the road will mark the work area. Travel lanes may be adjusted near work areas. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and provide a safe distance between themselves, the construction workers and vehicles.
