There will be no travel lane closures on Monday, February 20, 2023 in observance of President’s Day, except where noted below. All 24/7 lane closures will remain in place during this time.
PEARL CITY/AIEA – KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY
LOCATION: Kanuku Street to Kaonohi Street
Nighttime: 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., overnights Tuesday to Thursday
Up to two lanes of eastbound and westbound Kamehameha Highway will be closed.
LOCATION: Kaonohi Street at the Kamehameha Highway intersection
Nighttime: 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., overnights Tuesday to Thursday
One lane of southbound Kaonohi Street may be closed.
Alternating and intermittent lane closures may be required along eastbound and westbound Kamehameha Highway in short sections or by blocks.
Turn lanes may also be reduced or closed intermittently for maintenance, as needed. Detour signage will be posted for motorists.
Shoulder and median work signage/cones along the side of the road will mark the work area. Travel lanes may be adjusted near work areas. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and provide a safe distance between themselves, the construction workers and vehicles.
