The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) announced today that beginning the week of March 20, 2023, HART and its contractor, Nan, Inc., will be extending the work areas on Dillingham Boulevard from Alakawa Street to Kaaahi Street. The current one-lane configuration will extend continuously from Middle Street to Kaaahi Street with left turn restrictions from Kamehameha Highway, Dillingham Boulevard, and from driveways.
All left turns along Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard from Middle Street to Kaaahi Street will be restricted, except for the westbound left turn from Dillingham Boulevard onto Alakawa Street, which will remain open.
Intersecting streets along Dillingham Boulevard in the mauka and makai direction will continue to be closed as needed during nighttime hours between 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Honolulu Police Department officers and on-site personnel will assist motorists through the work areas. Bus service will be maintained.
