Skyline service is open from Kualakaʻi (East Kapolei) Station to Kahauiki (Kalihi Transit Center) Station, covering Segments 1 and 2. Segment 3 is under construction from Mokauea (Kalihi) Station to Kaʻākaukukui (Civic Center) Station. Current work includes installing foundations, building columns, and constructing stations. It will add approximately three miles of elevated guideway and six stations. Guideway and station construction is scheduled for completion in 2030, with passenger service anticipated to begin in 2031.

Utility relocation and roadway restoration continue along Dillingham Boulevard and are expected to be completed in late 2026.
