Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc. (HDCC) and the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) invites you to join us for an informational meeting featuring highlights, updates and upcoming notices about the Honolulu Rail Transit Project. A special topic of nighttime noise during the construction of the Waipahu Transit Center Station will be discussed. 

HDCC is responsible for the construction of three rail stations in your neighborhood and is committed to working with local businesses and residents to minimize impacts that may occur. We will be working as quickly and safely as possible. Please join us and let us know how we can be of service to you.
