Meeting Held via Videoconferencing Pursuant to Governor David Ige’s Emergency Proclamation of March 4, 2020, as amended by his Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of March 16, 2020, Second Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of March 21, 2020, Third Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of March 24, 2020, Sixth Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of April 25, 2020, Seventh Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of May 5, 2020, Eighth Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of May 18, 2020, Ninth Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of June 10, 2020, and Tenth Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of July 17, 2020, Twelfth Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of August 20, 2020, and Mayor Kirk Caldwell’s Emergency Proclamation of March 4, 2020, as amended by his Supplemental Proclamation of March 18, 2020, Second Supplemental Proclamation of May 6, 2020, Third Supplemental Proclamation of June 20, 2020, Fourth Supplemental Proclamation of July 29, 2020, and Fifth Supplemental Proclamation of     August 6, 2020, and Emergency Order 20-25 of August 28, 2020, in order to allow public participation in a manner consistent with social distancing practices:

  1. Members of the public may view the meeting by internet livestreaming at https://olelo.org/tune-in/, by televised live broadcast on Olelo TV Channel 49
  2. After the meeting, the meeting will be viewable at https://www.youtube.com/user/honoluluonthemove
  3. Public testimony may be submitted in writing via U.S. mail to HART Board of Directors, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, via e-mail to hartboard@honolulu.gov, or by videoconference technology by registering to testify here: Speaker Registration Form.
