The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) would like to invite landowners of historically significant properties to attend a free public educational workshop that will be held:
Tuesday, February 12, 2013
4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The workshop will provide more information about the Historic Preservation Fund Program, which includes $2 million dollars to fund selected projects over a period of two years that will repair, preserve, rehabilitate, or restore the exterior of selected eligible properties along the rail transit corridor. The workshop will also provide information on tax breaks, grants and other incentives to preserve historic buildings.
