HART Board of Directors Meeting-Meeting Canceled-Nationwide WebEx Outage

Meeting held via videoconferencing pursuant to Governor David Ige’s Emergency Proclamation of March 4, 2020, as amended by his Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of March 16, 2020, Second Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of March 21, 2020, and Third Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of March 24, 2020, and Mayor Kirk Caldwell’s Emergency Proclamation of March 4, 2020, as amended by his Supplemental Proclamation of March 18, 2020, and Emergency Order 20-02 of March 22, 2020, relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.  In order to allow public participation in a manner consistent with social distancing practices:

  1. Members of the public may view the meeting by internet live-streaming at https://olelo.granicus.com/player/camera/11?publish_id=89 or by televised live broadcast on Olelo TV Channel  53.
  2. After the meeting, the meeting will be viewable at https://www.youtube.com/user/honoluluonthemove.
  3. Public testimony may be submitted in writing via U.S. mail to HART Board of Directors, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, or via e-mail  to hartboard@honolulu.gov, as well as by videoconference technology by registering to testify at http://go.honolulutransit.org/speaker_registration
