Meeting Held via Videoconferencing Pursuant to Governor David Ige’s Fourteenth Supplementary Emergency Proclamation of October 13, 2020, and Mayor Kirk Caldwell’s Emergency Proclamation of March 4, 2020, as amended by his Supplemental Proclamation of March 18, 2020, Second Supplemental Proclamation of May 6, 2020, Third Supplemental Proclamation of June 20, 2020, Fourth Supplemental Proclamation of July 29, 2020, Fifth Supplemental Proclamation of August 6, 2020, Sixth Supplemental Proclamation of September 23, 2020, and Emergency Order 20-28 of October 13, 2020, in order to allow public participation in a manner consistent with social distancing practices:

1. Members of the public may view the meeting by internet livestreaming at https://olelo.org/tune-in/, by televised live broadcast on Olelo TV Channel 55
2. After the meeting, the meeting will be viewable at https://www.youtube.com/user/honoluluonthemove
3. Public testimony may be submitted in writing via U.S. mail to HART Board of Directors, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, via e-mail to hartboard@honolulu.gov, or by videoconference technology by registering to testify here: Speaker Registration Form.
