City Center Noise Variance Community Meeting

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation will be holding two informational community meetings regarding an application for a noise variance that would allow geotechnical testing work to occur at night and on weekends in the City Center section of the Honolulu Rail Transit Project.
