The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) invites you to join us for an informational meeting to provide businesses along Farrington Highway in Waipahu with an update on the Honolulu Rail Transit Project, including traffic and construction information and details on HART’s business outreach programs. HART staff will also be available at the meeting to answer questions.
