There will be no travel lane closures on Monday, February 19, 2024 in observance of President’s Day, except where noted below. All 24/7 lane closures will remain in place during this time.

 

KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY – PEARL HARBOR AREA

LOCATION: Kohomua Street to Center Drive

Daytime: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday to Friday
One lane of eastbound and westbound Kamehameha Highway may be closed.

LOCATION: Radford Drive to Center Drive

24 Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week 
One lane of eastbound and westbound Kamehameha Highway may be closed. 

 

AOLELE STREET

LOCATION: Paiea Street to Lagoon Drive

Daytime: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday to Friday
One lane of Aolele Street may be closed.

LOCATION: Aolele Street to H-1 Freeway ramp

Nighttime: 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., overnight Wednesday and Thursday
The H-1 Freeway ramp from Aolele Street will be closed. Motorists will be detoured.

 

H-1 FREEWAY

LOCATION: H-1 Freeway ramp to Nimitz Highway and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam

Daytime: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday to Friday
One lane of the eastbound H-1 Freeway ramp to Nimitz Highway and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam will be closed. Access will be maintained.

 

NIMITZ HIGHWAY

LOCATION: Main Street to Aolele Street

Daytime: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday to Friday
One lane of eastbound Nimitz Highway may be closed.

LOCATION: Nimitz Highway to the H-1 Freeway

Daytime: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday to Friday
One lane of the westbound H-1 Freeway on-ramp may be closed.

 

MIDDLE STREET

LOCATION: Middle Street at the Kamehameha Highway intersection

24 Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week
One lane of southbound Middle Street will be closed. 

 

KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY/DILLINGHAM BOULEVARD

LOCATION: Middle Street to Laumaka Street

Nighttime: 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., overnights Tuesday to Thursday
All lanes of eastbound Kamehameha Highway may be closed. Eastbound motorists traveling from Nimitz Highway or the H-1 Freeway Exit 18B may be detoured. Westbound traffic and local business access will be maintained.

LOCATION: Middle Street to Kaaahi Street

24 Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week
Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard will be reduced to one traffic lane in both the eastbound and westbound direction between Middle Street and Kaaahi Street. Left turns will be restricted except from Alakawa Street. Access to properties will be maintained.

LOCATION: Intersections along Kamehameha Highway/Dillingham Boulevard

Nighttime: 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., overnights Tuesday to Friday
The northbound and southbound through lanes and turn lanes at the intersections along Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard may be closed. Motorists may be detoured. Cross streets include Laumaka Street, Puuhale Road, Mokauea Street, Kalihi Street, McNeill Street, Waiakamilo Road, Kohou Street, Kokea Street, Alakawa Street, and Kaaahi Street.
