The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) participated in a speaking engagement and provided a virtual presentation to the members of the CFA Society Hawaii on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. HART’s Interim Executive Director and CEO Lori M. K. Kahikina, P. E., and First Deputy Executive Director and COO Rick Keene provided information on the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (HRTP) construction and the impact COVID-19 has had on the budget.
