WHERE //
Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard between Middle Street and Pu‘uhale Road.

DETAILS //

Traffic patterns along Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard will begin to change next week as work on the rail project transitions from utility relocation to guideway and station construction.

On March 9, HART and CCGS contractor Tutor Perini will begin the implementation of a new traffic control plan on the portion of Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard between Middle Street and Pu‘uhale Road.

For this first section, one travel lane in each direction will remain open on the mauka side of the street, with barriers installed to safely separate the construction zone from the travel lanes. Note: this change does not involve additional lane closures; it simply shifts existing travel lanes to the mauka side of the road.

The current left turn restrictions will remain in place. Driveway modifications may be needed, however access to all properties will be maintained.
