Partial Lane Closure on Kalihi Street at Dillingham Boulevard

WHAT //
The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) announces a partial lane closure on Kalihi Street at Dillingham Boulevard, as part of the City Center Utilities Relocation (CCUR) project.

WHEN //
Beginning the week of March 30, 2026 for approximately three months.

WHERE //
Kalihi Street from Kaumualii Street to Hau Street

DETAILS //
Between Kaumualii Street and Hau Street, one lane of northbound Kalihi Street, followed by one lane of southbound Kalihi Street will be closed beginning the week of March 30, 2026 for approximately three months.

HART’s contractor Nan, Inc. will be performing utility, driveway, curb, sidewalk, and gutter improvements. Bus stops will be temporarily relocated, pedestrians will be detoured, and lane striping will be adjusted to accommodate the closure.
