HART Project Team holds Industry Day on February 28
The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) welcomes the construction industry to its offices at 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 150 for an hour-long scope of work overview of the City Center Guideway & Stations (CCGS) Design-Build Contract from east of Middle Street – Kalihi Transit Center Station to the Civic Center Station. The HART Project Team will host this informational and Q&A session on February 28, 2023 from 7:00 am – 8:00 am and will discuss the upcoming CCGS project, solicit input from the construction industry and field questions.
The scope of the CCGS project includes the construction of approximately 3.55 miles of elevated guideway and six stations from east of the Middle Street – Kalihi Transit Center Station to the Civic Center Station.
Part 1 of the Request for Proposals is tentatively scheduled to be posted in March 2023 with Part 2 immediately following the shortlist period, which is anticipated for Summer 2023. HART is looking to award the CCGS contract by March 2024.
