TPC-CN010 Map - Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard Construction Traffic flow and Work Area.

WHAT //
The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) announces extended traffic adjustments on Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard, beginning with the section of road between Middle Street and Pu‘uhale Road, as part of the City Center Guideway and Stations (CCGS) project.

WHEN //
March 2026 through December 2030; 24 hours a day/7 days a week. A media advisory will be distributed once the start date is finalized.

WHERE //
Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard between Middle Street and Pu‘uhale Road.

DETAILS //
In the coming weeks, HART and CCGS contractor Tutor Perini Corporation will begin implementing a revised traffic plan along Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard, starting with the section of road between Middle Street and Pu‘uhale Road. As work along Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard transitions from utility relocation to guideway and station construction, traffic plans will be adjusted to accommodate the work. For this first section, between Middle Street and Pu‘uhale Road, one travel lane in each direction will remain open on the mauka side of the street, with barriers installed to safely separate the construction zone from the travel lanes, and the current left turn restrictions will remain in place. Driveway modifications may be needed, however access to all properties will be maintained.
