DETAILS //
The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) announces temporary crosswalk closure and pedestrian detour on Nimitz Highway at Nuā€˜uanu Avenue to support guideway column foundation work. Beginning Friday, February 6, a pedestrian detour will be in place at the crosswalk on Nimitz Highway at the Nuā€˜uanu Avenue intersection, and is anticipated to remain in place 24/7 for approximately one month. Signage will be posted and pedestrians will be directed to a nearby alternate crossing at Fort Street. The Honolulu Police Department will assist pedestrians as needed.
