Public testimony may be submitted (1) in person at the location specified above, (2) in writing via U.S. mail to HART Board of Directors, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, (3) via e-mail to hartboard@honolulu.gov, or (4) via Zoom (please refer to the meeting agenda for the Zoom link).
You do not need to register in advance or submit written testimony in advance to testify at the meeting. Oral testimony will be accepted on each agenda item as that item is discussed, and oral testimony will be accepted on any agenda item immediately before adjournment.
Members of the public may view the meeting in person or, subject to the availability of Olelo personnel, via internet live streaming at Olelo.org, or by televised live broadcast on Olelo TV channel 55.
After the meeting, a video recording and summary of the meeting may be accessed at https://www.youtube.com/@HonoluluRailTransit/videos.
