Starting today, Wednesday, November 29, 2023, ongoing construction work will require the closure of Kohou Street 24/7 between Dillingham Boulevard and Kaumualii Street. These lane closures will remain in effect until July 2024 and are necessary for safety purposes related to construction work in the area. Motorists accessing Kohou Street will be detoured, and street parking will be restricted throughout this period.

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) today announced that it has installed Business Access signs at driveway entrances near construction work zones along Kamehameha Highway and Dillingham Boulevard between Middle Street and Kaaahi Street.
