All Lanes of Kohou Street Between Dillingham Boulevard and Kaumualii Street Will Be Closed

Starting today, Wednesday, November 29, 2023, ongoing construction work will require the closure of Kohou Street 24/7 between Dillingham Boulevard and Kaumualii Street. These lane closures will remain in effect until July 2024 and are necessary for safety purposes related to construction work in the area. Motorists accessing Kohou Street will be detoured, and street parking will be restricted throughout this period.

Project Status

The Overall Construction and Design Project Progress is based on the Estimate at Completion for the 2022 Recovery Plan scope to Ka‘ākaukukui (Civic Center) Station and the March 2031 Operational Readiness date.
