Records Management Analyst I-III

Reporting to the Document Control Lead, this position has overall responsibility to support all processes and systems of the project management plan for controlled documents and information management specifically for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)
  • Records Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Training, Experience & Requirements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of computer technology.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Publishing and experience in all file formats, graphics and many different software programs.
  • Proven expertise in gathering business requirements, building sites and training clients.
  • Experience working closely with IT teams and their process for development of IT projects.

Desired Qualification Requirements:

  • In addition to minimum requirements above.
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Web interface knowledge/HTML.
  • Knowledge of XML and DITA Architecture and/or Programming.
  • Construction project management experience.
  • CSI CDT Certification.

For the Records Management Analyst I level: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with specialization in business or public administration, political science, history or a related field.

For the Records Management Analyst II level: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with specialization in business or public administration, political science, history or a related field and one year of records management analysis experience

For the Records Management Analyst III level: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with specialization in business or public administration, political science, history or a related field and two years of records management analysis experience.

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift

Pay

$3,695 – $5,385 a month

 

HART does not cover any relocation costs and does not allow any Telecommuting (Tele-work).
