The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit ("HART") has requested that the Federal Transit Administration ("FTA"): (1) concur that no historic properties within the Honouliuli ahupua' a will be affected by the Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project ("Project"); and (2) permit construction to begin in the Honouliuli ahupua'a.

Letter of No Prejudice 2A Precast Yard (03.23.2012)
